If you don’t see a “Renew” button on your account, don’t worry, nothing is wrong with your membership. Some memberships don’t display a renew button due to the way the system processes payments. To renew, simply click the correct membership button below (for example 1st Dog, 2nd Dog, etc.).

👉 This will NOT:

• Reset your membership number

• Remove or affect your current points

• Cancel or replace your existing membership

• Cause you to lose access

It is simply the system’s way of processing your renewal. Once you’ve clicked the correct option, your membership will continue as normal.
