I was very pleased when Heather asked me to judge Level 5. There were 10 teams and we had a very nice friendly afternoon.
We started with first interior search in the main hall. 5 scents were hidden around the room. 3 teams found all the scents and the remainder of the teams found most of them.
The second search was the exterior. Three scents were hidden in a crack on the wall and the other two were placed each side of the outside door. 5 teams found all the scents and most of the other scents were found.
The final search was in the loos and the storage area. Four scents were placed, 2 in one of the loos, and 2 in the storage area.
This proved to be the most testing of the three searches, with only 3 teams finding all four scents.
The winner was Allison Williamson and Ellie, with a maximum score and clean sweep, 150 points
Second was
Elizabeth Beaumont and Cash was second, 130 points
Claire Robbins and Ripple were 3rd with 130 points
4th was Elizabeth Price with 120 points
