Trial Manager and Judges Reports

Judges report.
Thank you to Stacey Robinson for asking me to judge at her very first trial.
A lovely dog friendly venue lots of places for dogs to empty themselves!!
Chloe also known as (little Stacey)!! Thank you for your first stewarding appointment I’m sure you will have many more.

Competitors – You all did very well, some needed a few tweaks in training but you were well aware of what they were without my help.
You all took the best dog home. One thing I did notice on the exterior search none of the dogs searched a piece of black pipe to the right on the start, so just remember before starting the search look at all the items and try to make a mental note of where things are. Another piece of pipe was used inside for table and chairs, make sure the dogs check both ends of the pipe.

1st. Emma with Bailey, the only thing I wrote was ‘cracking spanner’!! He is the calmest spaniel I have seen working, sympathetically handled by Emma, he did the best vehicle search as well!!
2nd Mel with Finn, All round very good performance, with a clean sweep, calmly handled by Mel
3rd Wendy with Winnie. Very strong dog !! solid performance with only one small blip on the exterior!!
4th Bev with Tye. Another strong dog with a new career ahead of her
Also qualified Rosemary with Bertie, Bertie had a lot to say for himself !!
Hayley with Buddie didn’t quite make it this time, but Buddy wasn’t himself, but I’m sure next time he will come good.
Bev and Mac very young ‘big’ GSD, he did some nice work needs to mature a little, certainly enjoyed himself!!

Well done all.
